Dave Harmon world renowned architect patterned this course after Kauri Cliffs in New Zealand which was recognized by golf digest at the best new international course in 2001.

With 5 tee boxes and wide open fairways Highlands Ridge offers challenges to golfer of all abilities. One unique feature of Highlands ridge seldom seen but in a handful of other Florida courses is the elevation gains and descents on the various holes.

When designing Highlands Ridge Dave Harmon spared no expense to move millions of tons of sand and dirt creating hills and elevated areas through out his masterpiece of a course.

Lush tropical surrounding shaded by majestic old oaks with meandering spring fed streams and ponds is unique for a golf course in central Florida and the Preserve at Highlands course has captured the hearts of golfers throughout central Florida for many years.

The Preserve course at over 6300 yards is a little shorter than the Highlands Ridge Course rewarding shot placement over distance while still incredibly challenging and fair for golfers of all abilities.
